Cytometa Cloud v26.6

Released April 17, 2026. This release lets one instrument measure several water flows at one location, and keeps each flow’s data apart. The v26.6 updates that followed moved the flow settings into the FlowControl and extended the REST API.

  • Several flows at one location. The new Cytometa FlowControl device type manages the flow-switching schedule, flow regulation and analog sensors. Each flow has a tag, so measurements and samples are filed under the flow they belong to, and flow tags are shown throughout the app. At first, flows were defined on the location; in the v26.6 updates they moved into the FlowControl’s own configuration, where you set them today. • FlowControl device page. The page of a FlowControl works as a status overview: status and error cards, an error history, and the firmware version and build date. Cytometa FlowControl
  • Schedule rules. A step that only measures needs at least 30 minutes instead of 60; steps with prime or clean still need 60. Prime needs measure, and clean needs prime, in the order the instrument runs them. Cytometa FlowControl
  • REST API 1.1. Software can download FCS files and read gating results through the API. Manage API clients
  • ATi Metrinet on a flow. A Metrinet’s values can be filed under the flow that is running. ATi Metrinet
